It allows lawyers, academics, judges and other professionals involved in international criminal cooperation to explore how courts in different jurisdictions address similar questions.<\/p>\n<p>The database covers issues including precautionary measures, double criminality, prison conditions, diplomatic assurances, human rights, fair trial guarantees and grounds for refusing extradition or surrender.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.extraditionhub.com\/guido-stampanoni-bassi\/\">Guido Stampanoni Bassi<\/a> practices extradition and EAW law in Italy where, together with the firm\u2019s founding partner Alessandro Pistochini, he represents individuals in extradition and surrender proceedings before the Italian courts.
